Seminole Gulf Railway (Semgulf) needed an online booking system for their flagship entertainment experience the Murder Mystery Train. The redesign involved an upgrade of the existing POS system but also an introduction of an online booking system. The online platform allowed the company for the first time to process credit cards for their local hotel partners.

We needed to migrate the previous static site into WordPress so the company could easily manage events, dinners menus and marketing peices. The second goal was to build a custom processing platform around the CMS which was the booking system. This integration would allow a single sign-on solution that would streamline their booking operations.

With a new enhanced CMS tool at their disposal Semgulf was able to boost sales and expand their territory from Naples to Georgia. Having and online booking experience also expanded their client base to younger audiences and provided a convenient way to make reservations for their customer base.
