Harley Davidson needed a best-in-class online training solution for sales teams across the US for their role-out of the HD-1 bike customization and credit card processing tool. HD-1 was designed to be an integrated, commerce-forward tool that would drive increased conversion with customers while keeping brand messaging strong and consistent.

With these parameters in mind, my team and I set to work on research informed UX flows for creating a unique interactive training experience complete with user tracking, course questionnaires and a certification completion process. Companion courses that required a survey were built in Udemy.

.the outcome

My team and I successfully designed a solution resulting in an enhanced training experience for dealerships and as a result allowed Harley-Davidson to craft a more personalized customization process for its customer base.
